Checksum error while booking using promocode which is already used once

Lot of customers started reporting this issue. It was difficult to reproduce the bug as it was working fine most of the time. When we investigated the logs then we came to know this is to do with promocode.
Checksum error happens when hash generated when submitting to payu is different than what payu expects. Here we allowed customer to use promocode when he applied it, but when the call to payu made, udf3=hotmob2014 and message was going as "already used promocode".
